How Monterey Bay Parent's Birthday Club Works:

  • On their birthday, members of the Birthday Club will receive special offers from our sponsors and also receive an e-mail two months prior to their birthday to help with planning the celebration.
  • Open to children turning 16 or younger.
  • Birthday Club is totally free.
  • Parents or legal guardians may sign up to three children per email address. If you have more than three children, you will need to fill out another form using a different email address.

Special offers and discounts will be sent to your email two months prior to your child’s birthday to help plan their celebration. On the date of their birthday, coupons and/or offers from our sponsors will be emailed to you, redeemable for the specified time on each offer. Your free membership will automatically renew on an annual basis.

 

Should you wish to cancel, email your request to birthdayclub@montereybayparent.com. All offers and conditions are subject to change.
